Unassigning/deleting a location linked to a base geofence |
You can identify a location that is linked to a geofence as the ‘tick box’ next to the location will be greyed out and not able to be selected/deleted in this state. Removing a location that is linked to a geofence that is linked to a plant is a step-by-step process: Navigate to Manage Locations and find the location that is associated with the geofence in question Image AddedClick on Edit next to the selected location and wait for the information to populate up the top Under Geofence, change the selected geofence to <Select a geofence> (i.e. no geofence selected) Click Save Image AddedImage AddedNow navigate to Manage Plant and remove/change the base location against the plant (note that the Base Location dropdown will only include those locations that are currently linked to a geofence) Click Save
