Example Process for Managing Emergency Alerts
  • While each organisation has various internal health and safety regulations and processes to adhere to, Smartrak has observed the following emergency escalation process to be common to its customers:

NOTE: For Traksafe (Personal locators) devices only - Whitelisted numbers must not have the caller ID blocked (private number) - landline or mobile. Blocked caller ID numbers will be unable to call the Traksafe device in the event of a duress alarm. It will just ring out.
