How do I dispatch a location to a Garmin?

Dispatching a location to a Garmin Unit
  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

  • Hover over the location you wish to dispatch to the Garmin

  • Right click on the location (opens the right click menu)

  • Select the vehicle you wish to dispatch the location to (only vehicles with Garmins connected to the system will be available to select)

  • Check the address is correct and then click on Dispatch Location


  • The location will then be delivered to the Garmin and the driver will just need to open the message on the Garmin and chose to be routed to that location
