The Smartrak Support Centre is a web-based easy to use online portal providing a single point of contact for all your support requirements. 

Requests are directly logged to and managed by Smartrak’s Customer Support Team and the system is able to provide real-time updates of completed tickets, until request is completed and closed.



To access the Smartrak Support Centre click here or click on the "Service Desk" link under Quick Links on the Smartrak Admin homepage


Smartrak’s customer facing Knowledge Base/WIKI, ‘Confluence’  can be accessed through Self Help.
