Normally PoolCar will not create a driver record if the licence details are disabled on the Welcome page.
The below steps outline an alternative process that can be followed to stop the entering of licence information and still have driver records created.

To do this you will need to (roughly) do the following:

This will result in the following: There will be an option for ‘Licence Type’ in the Welcome page, but the only option will be the built in ‘- No Licence –‘ and ‘NO LICENCE’. This, by design, hides all other fields relating to licence from been shown. The wording can be changed from ‘NO LICENCE’ to something more suitable, i.e., NO LICENCE REQUIRED, NOT REQUIRED, or something similar, please request this is done via the Smartrak Service Desk |
