Once a vehicle has been stationary, with the key on, for a particular period of time (standard is 120 seconds), a stop event is triggered and the unit begins to calculate idle

Note: A vehicle sitting at rest with the engine off but key at the ACC (Accessory position) to perhaps operate the car stereo, will not be recording idle time.

EventTime being recorded as IdleEvent to trigger end of idle time
