If:

  1. Smartrak Map Site is running slow
  2. I've made changes that haven’t appeared
  3. I cannot connect to the Map Site (get a loading screen only)

Then you may need to clear your cache/history/cookies.

How to do this… (refer to Delete Browsing History screen shot below)

  • Go to Control Panel
  • Click on Internet Options
  • Choose Delete
  • Select all but Passwords
  • Click Delete
