Chrome
Problem
If your Smartrak system is displaying any of the symptoms below:
- Smartrak Map Site is running slow
- Changes have been made to the system but are not represented
- You cannot access the map site (continuous page loading)
Solution
- In the top-right corner of Chrome, click the Chrome menu .
- Select More tools > Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the check boxes for the types of information that requires removal.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data to be delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
