How to report on kilometres travelled by a vehicle over a particular time frame
Log into the Smartrak Map site (https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus))
- Navigate to the Reports
- Select Daily Usage Report from the drop down menu
3. Select required date range. This can be run for 'Today', 'Yesterday', 'Last Week', 'Last Month', 'This Year', or you can select your own custom date range using the 'Custom' button and selecting from the pop-up calendar
4. Select the vehicle/s
5. You can view the report in the browser, or select 'Download Report' to export an excel spreadsheet with the data
Scroll to the bottom of the browser, or open the Excel report and scroll right to the bottom of the report where the totals are located and here is the information:
