Log into Smartrak EyeQ Map - https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or https://app.smartrak.com.au (AUS)
Navigate to Fleet Servicing
Click on Replace hubodometer
Select the Resource from the dropdown list
Enter the New Hubo value (in km) - most likely will be 0 or very close to it, but with a second-hand hubo the reading may be much higher
Enter Replacement date and cost (cost is not a required field)
Click on Record hubodometer replacement
System will confirm with the green highlighed line below.
