Updating a Hubo/Odometer and Hour Clock reading in Fleet Servicing |

- Log into the Smartrak Map (NZ or AU)
- Navigate to Fleet Servicing

- Select Resource Overview
- Select Resource from the List

- Select Update resource meters

- Enter Odometer reading
- Enter time reading taken (it is preferable the reading is updated in Smartrak as close to when it is taken as possible)
- Select Update resource

- IMPORTANT – please let us know when/if If you have a new hubodometer installed.had a new hubodometer installed, you must replace the odometer in Fleet Servicing, rather than update the existing. Follow How to Replace the Hubodometer via Fleet Servicing
PLEASE NOTE - in the Update resource meters page if you need to update the odometer, you also need to put a number into the Hour clock field before you can successfully click on Update resource. You can insert any number, even 1 minute. And you need to add a number in even if the vehicle doesn't have an hour clock. 
- ** PLEASE NOTE ** - Sometimes you will see an on-road event associated with an odometer update with extra info "Forced onroad on-road due to large odometer increase
