Here is the key for what vehicles are NOT included in the report - these will show under a subheading as Ignored with the reason in the details column
Please note: Currently, this report only displays units that haven’t talked to our server. This means the report can still miss units that are talking to our server but haven’t been tracking correctly Smartrak are working on enhancements which are intended to include those vehicles that are still communicating with the server, but are showing tracking inaccuraciesResources can not have talked for many reasons, from being in a underground carpark, or the resource has been unused for a while. We suggest that you ask the driver to use the vehicle and check on the map whether the vehicle can be seen. If you are still unable to see the resource please put a ticket in our service portal Smartrak Service Desk , and we will investigate the issue for you.
