How to access the Smartrak App (Map, Reports, Dashboard, Insights, Fleet Servicing, Smartrak Pool Booking) application.

Gain access to Smartrak application to manage your GPS tracked resources, run reports, view the dashboard, insights or make bookings through Smartrak Pool Booking (*NOT PoolCar)

A user account is created by an administrator and a welcome email is sent to new users from the Smartrak website.

Users click on the link within the email within 7 days to set their password.

For all subsequent logins, the user must go directly to the URL for their applicable country - Smartrak App site (NZ or AU) and login using their credentials.

  • Log into the Smartrak App site (NZ or AU)

  • Enter your username and password into the username and password fields - please note that both the username and password fields are case sensitive

  • Click on the green Log in button
