How do I reset my password?

This page demonstrates how to reset your user login if you have forgotten your password.

Step-by-step guide

Please follow the below steps to resolve issue

1. Open your browser and go to Smartrak App (NZ or AU)

2. Click on the 'Forgot your password?' link under the green Log in button

3. In the next window enter your username or email address, then select Send instructions

4. A password reset email will be sent to the email account registered to your Smartrak login



5. If successful you will see the message below.



6. If you do not see the success message, please contact your organisation's Smartrak System Administrator and request a password reset.

7. Once successful, navigate to your email and click on the link to reset your password.
