Using the Smartrak Fleet Servicing

...

module, you can view, add and maintain service history

...

of your fleet.

Please note that you will require Fleet Servicing access which is an optional feature in Smartrak App. If you do not have access to the Fleet Servicing module, please speak to your level 1 support person who can enable this for you.

Viewing Service History in Fleet Servicing

  • Log into Smartrak App (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to the Fleet Servicing tab in your App account.module:

  • Select ‘Resource Overview’ and filter

based on
  • the name or rego of the vehicle you wish to view:

  • Click on the registration number which will take you to the ‘Resource Details’ page.

  • In this page, you see all services configured against the vehicle and the status, due date, frequency, alert period and total cost of each.

  • From here you can select ‘View service history’ which will show the entire service log recorded against that vehicle

This offers a very comprehensive historical servicing view which captures all Government compliance, regular servicing and ad hoc maintenance over the life to the vehicle.
