How do I create a new pool car booking

For Pool Booking users only
  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)
  • Book a Resource page appears or Navigate to the Pool Booking Module and click on Bookings - Make a booking
  • Complete the form below and click on Search

  • The Pool Booking system will always search for an available seat with an existing trip first and then will search for an available vehicle
  • If no seats or vehicles are available, this will be what is returned

  • If there are no vehicles available, the selection will need to be changed.
  • In the above instance I changed the Plant Type from Wagon - 4 seats to Car - 4 seats** and if there is a vehicle available,  you will see this below
  • To confirm this booking, select Confirm booking

  • Your Booking Confirmation will appear

  • An email will be sent to you (sent from website@smartrak.co.nz) and the booking can be accepted into your Outlook calendar

  • Your booking can be viewed by selecting booking and viewing the booking chart and selecting the day of the booking.
  • Alternatively by selecting My Bookings and all bookings under your user name will be listed
