In PoolCar, you can assign a Home Campus or Pool (will be called either based on your organisation’s naming settings) to a vehicle, and this will in turn add this to a drop down list on the Welcome Page for your users to select their Home Campus/Pool.

To add a new Home Campus, navigate into the Sysadmin main menu -> Pool Management -> Asset Register -> Org Context tab Type in the name of the new Home Campus/Pool, click the green tick  The new Home Campus/Pool will be added to the drop down list available in the Welcome Page. Caveats & Limitations |
You have to have at least one vehicle assigned to a Home Campus, otherwise the home campus will not show in the drop down on the Welcome Page. |
