Home Campus - Adding and Viewing

In PoolCar, you can assign a Home Campus to a vehicle, and this will in turn add this to a drop down list on the Welcome Page for your users to select their Home Campus.

Note the name Campus, can be changed to something more relevant to your organisation such as Depot, Location or Site.

Adding a new Home Campus

To add a new Home Campus, navigate into the Sysadmin main menu > Pool Management > Asset Register > Org Context tab

Type in the name of the new Home Campus, click the green tick

The new Home Campus will be added to the drop down list available in the Welcome Page. (Bottom navigation bar - My Details)

Viewing a list of current Home Campuses

Navigate to the Vehicle Register, click on the All Campuses dropdown.

Also on the Welcome Page, the list of available Home Campuses will show under Your home campus

Caveats & Limitations

You have to have at least one vehicle assigned to a Home Campus, otherwise the home campus will not show in the dropdown on the Welcome Page.
