The Overspeed Period Report shows the individual periods where resources were speeding.

- Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)
|
- Select Overspeed Period Report from the drop down list
|
- Decide if you want to select the following option;
- "Show daily totals row" - include a daily total by row for each day
- Select the "Selection Mode" - reports can be configured to run on Individual Resources (select which vehicles to report on) or Groups of Resources
- "Resources" - You can select individual vehicles by clicking on them to highlight from the list or click on Select All for all vehicles.
- Select Download Report (to download into Excel) or View Report (to view on screen)
- Posted Speed Limit – speed limit for the road the speeding offence took place.
- Max Overspeed Magnitude – amount in km/hr the driver is travelling above the posted speed limit.
- Average Overspeed Magnitude – the average speed, above the posted speed limit, of the duration of the overspeed period.
- You can view that event for that vehicle by clicking on view on map
- A summary is provided at the bottom of the report.
