Fleet Servicing Alerts & Reports

The Smartrak Fleet Servicing module allows you to easily identify vehicles requiring scheduled maintenance and configure automated email alerts as they approach their service periods.

When it comes to reporting, all your needs are covered with comprehensive status-based and historical reporting on all services as well reporting on ad hoc maintenance such as panelbeating or windscreen replacements.

Fleet Servicing Reporting

There are three reports in the Smartrak Reporting suite that are related to Fleet Servicing:

Fleet Services History Report - shows service history for specified resources during a time period

Fleet Services Status Report - shows current due dates/distances of selected services for selected vehicles

Maintenance Log Report - shows the maintenance logs that have been made against specified resources during a time period

Fleet Services History Report - service history over a time period

Select the Fleet Services History Report
Select the date range
Select the Services (or select All Services for all)
Select the vehicles or the groups of vehicles
Download to Excel or csv or view report to view on screen

Fleet Services Status Report - current due dates/distances of services

Select the Fleet Services Status Report
Note there is no date range to select here as it is based on the current status when the report is run
Select the Services (or select All Services for all)
Select the vehicles or the groups of vehicles
Download to Excel or csv or view report to view on screen

Maintenance Log Report - maintenance logs over a time period

Select the Maintenance Log Report
Select the date range
Select the vehicles or the groups of vehicles
