How to report on overnight usage for your fleet.
Log into the Smartrak Map site, (https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or https://app.smartrak.com.au (AU))
Navigate to ‘Booking’
2. Select ‘Reports' and ‘Overnight Use Report’ from the drop down
3. This can be run as a ‘One off report’ or you can arrange a ‘Saved Report’ to get the data emailed to you on a regular basis
4. Select the date range and the vehicles you wish to run the report on
5. Select ‘Run Report' to export an excel spreadsheet of the data
6. The Excel spreadsheet displays the following data
