Overnight Usage Report

How to report on overnight usage for your fleet.

• Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

• Navigate to ‘Booking’

Open

• Select ‘Reports' and ‘Overnight Use Report’ from the drop down

Open

• This can be run as a ‘One off report’ or you can arrange a ‘Saved Report’ to get the data emailed to you on a regular basis

• Select the date range and the vehicles you wish to run the report on

• Select ‘Run Report' to view the data in the browser, or export an excel spreadsheet of the data

• The Excel spreadsheet displays the following data
