Fleet Servicing Alerts & Reports
The Fleet Servicing module provides the ability to choose which vehicles require these services and configure email alerts that will automatically send before the services fall due.
The system reminds you to book the services and ensures adherence to maintenance schedules for your entire fleet.
There are three reports in the Smartrak Reporting suite that are related to Fleet Servicing:
Fleet Services History Report - shows service history for specified resources during a time period
Fleet Services Status Report - shows current due dates/distances of selected services for selected vehicles
Maintenance Log Report - shows the maintenance logs that have been made against specified resources during a time period
