In order to return faulty / unused hardware to Smartrak follow the steps below.


How to return faulty / unused hardware to Smartrak
  • Download and complete the Return Materials Authorisation (RMA) form 


  • Click General 

  • Select Issue / Revisit / RMA

  • Complete the required information & attached the RMA form


  • Submit the request
