Driver Licence Hierarchy (Australia)
What is it? | ||||||||
PoolCar has an built-in workflow that will ensure staff operating your rigid / combination fleet vehicles are authorised to do so. This requires Driver Licence to be enabled on the Welcome page, and to be managed within PoolCar. This requires a Driver Licence State (of the following) updated via the Licence States page found on the SysAdmin Main Menu under System Data. | ||||||||
How does it work? | ||||||||
When a driver records their licence type in the Welcome page it will dictate what vehicles they are able to view on the New Booking calendar, or what vehicles are allocated to them via the New Booking form. When you are not using the default Licence Types (listed below), PoolCar will only show/allocate vehicles where the Driver’s licence type matches the vehicle’s licence type precisely. | ||||||||
