How do I add myself as a passenger to an existing booking?

Adding yourself as a passenger to an existing booking
  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)
  • Navigate to Booking

  • Locate the booking you wish to add yourself as a passenger to.  The easiest way would be to click on Bookings and select View or edit bookings
    • Please note: it is always a good idea to check with the driver before you add yourself as a passenger to their booking to make sure there is enough room (there may be passengers who haven't been registered on Smartrak) and that it is convenient

  • Locate the booking and click to select

  • Click on Add Me at the bottom of the Edit booking page and select either Return Trip, Journey To or Journey From

  • Booking will update and yellow confirmation line will appear on the main Pool Booking page saying Booking successfully updated

  • If you click on the booking again, you will see that you have been added as a passenger

  • You and the driver will both receive an email confirming that you have been added as a passenger to this booking

  • If you wish to remove yourself as a passenger, just select Remove Me at the bottom of the Edit Booking page

  • You and the driver will both receive an email confirming that you have removed yourself as a passenger from this booking
