How to enter and update Driver Details

Drivers are required to enter compulsory information before a pool car can be booked.

Drivers are required to enter compulsory information before a pool car can be booked.

Drivers are required to supply the following;

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Licence number

  • Licence Expiry Date

  • Licence Classes

Other information is helpful but not compulsory, including;

  • Phone (cell phone for receiving txt updates on your bookings)

  • Log into the Smartrak App site (NZ or AU)

  • Access the Smartrak Pool Booking module by clicking on the icon highlighted below.





  • You are automatically directed to the My Details page, if no driver details are present. Drivers are also able to change these details by clicking on My Details in Pool Booking.





  • Some of this information is compulsory and must be entered before access is provided to book a pool vehicle.

  • Enter the required information into the relevant fields and click on Save at the bottom of the screen.



Once this information is updated the driver is allowed access to book a vehicle.
