Downloading Upcoming Bookings from PoolCar

As a Sysadmin, you can download upcoming bookings from PoolCar via the Booking Search page.

If you are also wanting to know the full details of the bookings including the custom booking field answers, you can download the upcoming bookings via the Internal Charging Report.

Downloading upcoming bookings from PoolCar - Booking Search

  1. Navigate to the Sysadmin Main Menu.

  2. Under Bookings, select Booking Search.

  1. Once in the Booking Search page, you will see all bookings +/-30 days from today’s date.

    1. You can choose to filter by:

      1. Licence Plate/Rego

      2. Driver

      3. Dates

      4. Pool

      5. Booking ID Number

  2. Click Refresh

  1. To view more records, see the filter to display more records per page.

  2. Once you have the booking data you are after, you can click on Export to Excel.

 

Downloading upcoming bookings from PoolCar - Internal Charging Report

  1. Navigate to the Sysadmin Main Menu.

  2. Under Reporting, select Internal Charging.

 

  1. Once in the Internal Charging Report page, you will need to select the date range.

  2. Select the period of future bookings you want to report on and click on Refresh.

  1. You can download the report via the Export to Excel option.
