How do I add a new tracked vehicle into Smartrak Pool Booking?
Smartrak Pool Booking is independent to Smartrak tracked vehicles, so once a vehicle has been installed, if you want it to be available to be booked using Smartrak Pool Booking, then you must add the vehicle.

Please note - if you wish to add in a new untracked vehicle, but you want to limit the users who can book this vehicle, please contact Smartrak via the Service Desk. The vehicle can be virtually added into Smartrak Admin so you can limit which users have access to the virtual instance, before creating the plant in Smartrak Pool Booking.
