Reporting on Keymaster Prompt Answers

PoolCar allows Sysadmins and Reporting Users to report on and extract the answers provided by drivers to the customisable check out/in prompts on KeyMaster cabinets.

Answers to check out and in prompts after Nov 2020 will automatically appear in the new KeyMaster Prompt Answers report. You can find this via the System Administrator main menu > Reports > KeyMaster Prompt Answers

Accessing this page will bring you to the report, and give you access to a wide range of filters to narrow down the list of responses displayed. You can also export the report to Excel for further use / sharing.

The filters available include:

  • Booking number

  • Driver Email

  • Prompt question / label

    • You can filter by a specific prompt, or all prompts

  • Check out or check in

    • You can find by Check In, Check Out, or Both

  • Vehicle registration number

  • Date range of when the prompts were answered

  • Vehicle’s Pool at the time of the prompt being answered

    • Deleted Pools are displayed here as well as it allows for historical reporting
