Reporting on Prompt Answers

PoolCar pool booking allows you to report on and extract the answers provided by drivers to the customizable check out/in prompts on your KeyMaster cabinets.

Answers to your check out and in prompts after Nov 2020 will automatically appear in the new KeyMaster Prompt Answers report. You can find this via the System Administrator main menu then Reports then KeyMaster Prompt Answers

Accessing this page will bring you to the report, and give you access to a wide range of filters to narrow down the list of responses displayed. You can also export the report to Excel for further use / sharing.

The filters available include:

  • Booking number

  • Driver’s email

  • Prompt question / label

    • You can filter by a specific prompt, or all prompts

  • Check out or check in

    • You can find by In, Out, or Both

  • Vehicle registration number

  • Date range of when the prompts were answered

  • Vehicle’s Pool at the time of the prompt being answered
