Connectivity

Networking

Ensure networking requirements have been sent to IT department

If using a cellular modem, you are not required to follow the Networking Requirements. Please ensure the modem is connected to network and power (inside the cabinet) and the cellular aerial is mounted OUTSIDE of the cabinet.

Ensure that DHCP should be ON under Setup > Networking > Configure

Power

Located behind the Control Module
Depending on how many modules there should be 2 types of cables:
USB and Power Daisy Chain which will need to be connected.

Mounting

Consider location, height, power, weather-proof, access

 

Check Connectivity in PoolCar

Check connection in PoolCar > KeyMaster > Manage Units and check for Last UPS Sync date and time which should be within 30 seconds of the date/time now

Door test

Complete an open door test for each KeyMaster door

Opening the door as an Admin without a booking

Add key

Add first key to initialise KeyMaster

Adding A New Key

Bookings

Create a test booking for the key you added

Check booking has been uploaded to KeyMaster (can take 30 seconds to upload)

Upcoming Bookings

 

Remove (check out) and Return (check in) key

Check booking in PoolCar to ensure booking was checked out and back in successfully
