What is an API?

An application programming interface key (API key) is a unique identifier used to authenticate a user, developer, or calling program to an API

The Smartrak APIs can be used to consume, save, write a report to use the data.

Please note that our APIs are ‘Rest APIs’ meaning they are used to pull the data from Smartrak, we do not push the data to them.

How do I access Smartrak APIs?

Once access has been granted, navigate to either:

NZ - https://developers.smartrak.co.nz/login or

AU - https://developers.smartrak.com.au/login

How much does it cost?

There are costs involved in the set-up and ongoing monthly service fees. Please ask your CSM, or raise a ticket in the Service Desk
