Why can't I see my vehicle?



How
  1. Log into the Smartrak map site (https://app.smartrak.co.nz (NZ) or  https://app.smartrak.com.au (Aus))

  2. Enter the vehicle name or registration number into the universal search box on the map site. This is the box in the centre of the top menu bar. Sometimes vehicles can be hidden behind other vehicles, so this will find the vehicle if you have permission to view it.


 3. If the vehicle doesn't appear in the search box, it could be that the vehicle hasn't been assigned to you or it may be on the Smartrak sign-off list awaiting three days of driving data before it is able to be viewed


4. Contact your in-house Level 1 Support Person for permission to view the vehicle
