What does an emergency alert email/SMS consist of?
The alert will consist of the following information: |

Resource | The vehicle/device resource name in the Smartrak system |
Company | The Company Name |
Time | Time event was received by the Smartrak server |
Address | Location where the event was generated including latitude and longitude |
Alert Information | Either Method for an AVL (vehicle-based), or GPS accuracy for a PL |
Driver Name | If populated in Smartrak Admin > Manage > Resource Info |
Driver Phone Number | If populated in Smartrak Admin > Manage > Resource Info |
