Smartrak’s email and SMS alerts provide security measures so that if a staff member gets into trouble, they can activate an alarm and call for help. The emergency alerts can be configured for any number of users and alerts, giving you control over the alert recipients as well as the vehicles and devices that apply to those alerts.
