How Do I Create a New Booking for a Vehicle?

Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

Book a Resource page appears or Navigate to the Pool Booking Module and click on Bookings - Make a booking

Complete the form below and click on Search

The Pool Booking system will always search for an available seat with an existing trip first and then will search for an available vehicle

If no seats or vehicles are available, this will be what is returned

If there are no vehicles available, the selection will need to be changed.

In the above instance I changed the Plant Type from Wagon - 4 seats to Car - 4 seats** and if there is a vehicle available,  you will see this below

To confirm this booking, select Confirm booking

Your Booking Confirmation will appear

An email will be sent to you (sent from website@smartrak.co.nz) and the booking can be accepted into your Outlook calendar

Your booking can be viewed by selecting booking and viewing the booking chart and selecting the day of the booking.

Alternatively by selecting My Bookings and all bookings under your user name will be listed
