Smartrak Pool Booking - How to manually check out a booking
Why would I need to manually check out a booking? | |
With Smartrak Pool Booking, generally the booking will be checked out by the Smartrak Pool Booking Auto Updater when the vehicle leaves its base geofence and registers a geofence exit event. If the vehicle is not based at its home geofence, or if you are taking the vehicle prior to the booking start time (15+ minutes early), then you need to manually check out the booking, otherwise the booking will cancel and drop off the system. | |
How do I manually check out a booking? | |
Log into Smartrak App | |
Navigate to Smartrak Pool Booking | |
Locate your booking on either the calendar or listed under My Bookings and click on the booking to open | |
If you see this screen, click on the Booking Number next to Edit Booking at the top of the booking, it is the bold blue number.
*If you have selected the booking from the drop down, you will go straight to the next screen. | |
Scroll down the page until you see the Check Out box in blue with the Check out date and time able to be adjusted |

When you click on Check Out, a box will pop up asking you to confirm, click on OK | |
Confirmation of checked out booking will appear at the top of the screen |

Your booking has now been checked out |
