The purpose of this report is to provide the ability to view or download all your company's users and their details.


How to download all users and their details 
  • Go to Reports > Company's Users


  • View the details on the screen or click Download

  • The excel file shows the following information;
    • User Name
    • Real Name
    • Email address
    • User level e.g. Booking Only
    • Groups
    • When created
    • Last logged in


  • From this screen you have the option to edit and delete the user which will take you to the respective Edit and Delete tabs


  • If you are still unable to find an answer to your question, please log a support request via the Smartrak Service Desk
