How to edit a Service Name

Sometimes you may want to have a certain name for a service which is not standard. You can use this feature to change the name of the service. NOTE: this does not apply to default services such as WOF/COF, Registration and RUC.

To customise a service

  • Log into the Smartrak Map site (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to Fleet Servicing

    • The Service name under Fleet Servicing is now an editable option when clicking “Edit this service”

  • Click on the Service name field and use the editable text field edit the Service name

  • Click “Update Service” to save changes

  • NOTE: this does not apply to default services such as WOF/COF, Registration

  • If you are unable to find an answer to your question, please log a support request via the Smartrak Service Desk
