How to SUDO in to a users account

  • Occasionally you may need to log in to another users account, to view, edit or remove something on their behalf

  • You must have a Client Admin or Corporate Admin account to do this

How to SUDO in to a users account

  • Log into the Smartrak Admin site (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to Other > SUDO on the left hand menu

  • Select the User you’d like to SUDO in as, and click ‘login’

 

  • This will enable you to view the map account as they do, edit any driver details and create/remove bookings etc
