How to SUDO in to a users account

  • Please note that you must have a Smartrak Client Admin or Corporate Admin account to do this.

  • As an admin for Smartrak, occasionally you may need to log in to a Smartrak app user's account, to troubleshoot, or to view, edit or remove something on their behalf.

How to SUDO in to a users account

  • Log into the Smartrak Admin site (NZ or AU)

  • Navigate to Other > SUDO on the left hand menu

  • Select the User you’d like to SUDO in as, and click ‘login’

 

  • This will enable you to view the map account as they do, edit the map settings and create/remove bookings in Smartrak Pool Booking, etc.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not create geofences while SUDO’d in as a user, as this can cause issues with the Smartrak app.
