Please send the following Networking Requirements to your IT department

It is recommended to send Network Requirements around 2-3 weeks before KeyMaster Cabinet is installed as IT team needs time to ensure networking requirements are met
All new KeyMaster versions will be KeyMaster Version 3.

Please note that if your organisation is using cellular modems, you do not need to follow this process. Once the modem is connected and powered, with the aerial mounted outside of the KeyMaster, it will connect to PoolCar.

From firmware version 3.0.31 HTTPS/SSL is the default configuration. For versions prior to this if HTTPS or SSL is required please create a support ticket as the cabinet will need to configuration changes.
