Emergencies	May 12, 2026	Emergency alerts now resolve the current driver via the Identifications/Driver Periods system (includes Poolcar bookings) instead of relying on the static driver name/phone stored on the unit's remote details.
App	May 4, 2026	The Pool Utilisation widget on the App Dashboard will now populate if you are a Poolcar user, as before only Pool Booking users could see data.

Admin	Aug 18, 2025	Company admins are now able to bulk enable/disable Real Road Speed overspeed calculations for remotes.
Map	Jul 21, 2025	Posted speed limits in Australian map data are now updated weekly automatically to ensure customers are receiving the most up to date data available.
Map	Jun 25, 2025	Driver details are now shown on the Map when a vehicle is booked via PoolCar customers. The assigned driver’s name and phone number update automatically during bookings and are cleared when bookings end. No action is needed from users. Admin	May 13, 2025	Clicking a tickbox in admin on the right where the whitespace area is will no longer toggle it, helping to prevent unintentional clicks. The user now must hover over the label or toggle itself to click it.
AVL	May 6, 2025	Improvements have been made to the security of data transmission from our AVLs to the servers by implementing TLS 1.2
Booking	May 6, 2025	Added a new filter type in the booking admin page specifically for recurring parent bookings, this enables these to be cancelled easily if drivers no longer wish to receive notifications.
Map	Apr 30, 2025	Smartrak has developed a database of vehicle makes and models and the parameter that are used to calculate emissions. This means uses in Australia can use the emissions report and Insights module to report on and manage the emissions of their fleets. Edit resource now has a dropdown of suggested makes and models, if the user selects one that's in the database, the engine displacement and gross vehicle mass will auto generate with a prompt saying based on similar models. User can change it and will apply to the respective vehicles.
Reports	Apr 30, 2025	Made the following improvements to the overspeed report: Filtering out of bogus overspeeds. Improved Overspeed Average accuracy for the period.

APIs	Apr 17, 2025	Core API has been upgraded to dotnet 8.0 to support the future addition of GraphQL which will provide more flexibility for customers who use our APIs

Booking	Apr 8, 2025	Fixed an issue causing bookings in Smartrak poolbooking to never be created even though the user creating the booking received the booking confirmation.
Nextrak	Apr 3, 2025	Fixed an issue where current EV range was missing on some assets after the Nextrak device goes to sleep
Map	Mar 17, 2025	Improved Registration editing process, added handling for related Ruc Licences.
iButtons	Mar 11, 2025	Fixed an issue where iButtons weren’t showing the allocated driver
API	Mar 4, 2025	Fixed an issue where the aggregates API /V1/REMOTES/EXCEPTIONS/DAILY was returning error
Nextrak	Feb 25, 2025	Updated Teltonika Firmware for Nextrak devices to fix an issue where units would go offline for several hours and refuse to talk to the server.
