Problem

If your Smartrak system is displaying any of the symptoms below:

  • Smartrak Map Site is running slow
  • Changes have been made to the system but are not represented
  • You cannot access the map site (continuous page loading)

Solution

  1. Navigate to "Control panel"
  2. Select "Internet Options"
  3. Select "Delete"
  4. Check all boxes in the window that opens, except "Passwords" if you wish to keep your saved passwords (Refer to image below)
  5. Select delete (Refer to image below)
