Problem
If your Smartrak system is displaying any of the symptoms below:
- Smartrak Map Site is running slow
- Changes have been made to the system but are not represented
- You cannot access the map site (continuous page loading)
Solution
- Navigate to "Control panel"
- Select "Internet Options"
- Select "Delete"
- Check all boxes in the window that opens, except "Passwords" if you wish to keep your saved passwords (Refer to image below)
- Select delete (Refer to image below)
