Attaching a file to a Service Desk ticket

  • Log into the Service Desk

  • Click on Requests and select Created by me or All depending on whether you are part of an organisation in Jira that links all of your users together under one organisation.

  • Under Requests you can select the request you want to add a file to

 

  • Select the CSD ticket number and the details, to add a file select the paperclip icon at the comment bar at the top of the request

  • A window will open, select the file you want to upload, and it will be uploaded onto the request.
