Remotely Unlock or Lock Keyless-Equipped Vehicle

This article explains how an Administrator can remotely unlock and lock an keyless-equipped vehicle

Via Keyless Admin

  1. On the Dashboard page, locate the vehicle on the left hand panel

    1. Filter via the Locations drop down box

    2. Filter via the Search bar - enter in part of the Licence Plate number and only those that match will appear

  2. Right click on the vehicle to show the Lock and Unlock options

Via PoolCar

  1. Open the New Booking Calendar (via New Booking or Booking Calendar)

  2. Open an existing booking for the vehicle by clicking on it

    1. This is not limited to an in-progress/future booking. Any booking that already exists on the calendar will suffice

  3. Open the Telematics tab, revealing the options for remotely unlocking/locking a vehicle
