Please note: We generally don’t recommend this be used as the places can not be deleted once imported. If you are operating a small fleet, and the destination list is quite small, we would recommend creating a Custom Form Booking field and entering the destinations manually.

Bulk Import Places

Bulk Import Places

1. Download the bulk import template from “Bulk Import Places” tab found under Uploaders on the Main Menu.

 

2. Complete the template with the places you wish to load and save this as a CSV file. Please do not make any changes to the header column.
3. Upload the template

 

Add Custom Form Booking Field

  1. From the Main Menu, go to “Booking Form Custom Fields” found under System Data:

 

2. Create a new Custom Field to display the Destination field on the New Booking window. Ensure the field type is “Destination”. You can select whether this is a mandatory field.

 

New Bookings

Now when a driver creates a new booking they will be prompted to enter a destination. The options will prefill based on what was entered on the import template.
