A Sysadmin or Campus Admin can bulk move bookings from one vehicle to another
How to
Navigate to ‘Transfer Bookings' under Bookings on the Sysadmin Menu
Transfer Bookings Page
Enter the rego of the ‘From vehicle’ and the ‘To vehicle’. Note that it is a good idea to check availability on the ‘To vehicle' to ensure the bookings will transfer over successfully
Transfer Bookings
Enter the 'From date' and 'To date'
Select if you wish to send emails to booking holders (of successful transfers)
Select ‘Transfer Bookings'
Confirmation page will appear confirming those bookings successfully transferred and also identifying those that were not able to be transferred and the reason why.
PLEASE NOTE: we recommend the information in the confirmation page is copied for your records.
7. An email will be sent to the booking holder confirming the change
