Create the Carpark record in the Vehicle or Asset Register - you will need to assign the carpark with a ‘rego’ e.g. CARPARK1

Depending on business requirements you can decide if you want the bookings on the carpark to be able to be checked out/in.

If you want to check out/in the carpark booking, and for the booking to be cancelled if it isn't checked out.

In the Application Setting - Robots you will need to enable cancellation of booking as well as the corresponding 5-minute Robot, under Utilities - Robots.

As well as ensuring you have ticked the ‘Yes’ to Automatically cancel ‘no show’ bookings in the Vehicle Register.

 

 

If you don’t want the carpark booking to need to be checked out, you can disable the auto-cancellation in the Vehicle Register but not ticking 'Yes'

Please bear in mind that any additional carparks/vehicles/assets added into PoolCar will incur a monthly service fee.

If Approvals are required for Carparks, these are configured the same way as vehicle approvals
