What is it? |
The PoolCar Mobile Website is part of the main PoolCar website. It provides a subset of PoolCar functionality targeted at PoolCar general users who need to interact with PoolCar from their mobile device. The PoolCar mobile-enabled site is more advanced than the PoolCar mobile application as the app cannot support all of your customisations & configurations, whereas the site does. The mobile enabled site can be saved to your mobile’s home screen and behave just like an app. |
How do I access it? |
The website should automatically show if a user visits their customer URL on a mobile phone.

Users can also access the mobile site by clicking the

Once you have located the site, you can save it to the home screen of your mobile phone. On iPhone, click the ‘Share’ button and scroll down to ‘Add to Home Screen’.
It will look like the grey highlighted app below.

You can also navigate back to the Desktop Version of the PoolCar site from your mobile device, this can support viewing of the calendar (if supported by your system settings) so users can check for other users' upcoming bookings if they need to extend their own booking. |
