How to set up booking reminder emails

The PoolCar system allows for booking reminder emails to be configured to be sent to the booking holder at set daily intervals.
How to configure |

Firstly, navigate to the Sysadmin Menu > Application Settings > Robots |   |
Once on the Robots tab, scroll down to the bottom and you will see the Reminder emails for upcoming bookings before X calendar days There are options for up to three reminders to be set Save changes |

Next, you need to enable to Robot (scheduled task). Navigate to the Sysadmin Menu > Utilities > Robots |

Scroll down to Reminder emails for upcoming bookings and turn on this setting Enter the confirmation code - found in this article here Robots - and Save |
